Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, without any damage or signs of wear. 

The return must also include: the packaging in its original condition: box, jewelry rock, care cloth, along with the receipt & guarantee certificate that lists the date of purchase.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

Online purchases can be exchanged in store or refunded within 5 days from the return receipt.

Personalized items are final sale.

Clean with warm water and gentle soap. Dry with a cotton or linen towel, then polish with your Joule Project polishing cloth for added shine.

Should your piece be damaged outside of our control, repairs are offered separately.
